How long will the work take ?
We always aim to provide the best estimate on how long our work will take, sometimes things are out of our control when we come across issues behind walls, or delivery dates from third parties.
Will there be a lot of dust or Rubbish ?
As with all renovations there will be a certain amount of dust or building waste created. but we always endeavor to protect all areas not directly involved. Builders rubble will be disposed of in the appropriate manor using a licensed waste removal company
Do we need to pay a deposit or How do we pay ?
Yes – we normally take a deposit at the start of any work we are asked to do. There will normally be staggered payments made during completion of various stages. A final payment of around 10% will be collected once the work has been completed. Most payments are done through Online bank transfers all though we still get the odd cash payment.
